My work involves travel. I have to send money home for family expenses. This App was working great since I was able to transfer money home, but my flight tickets through my agent back home and send pay him via Remitly, etc etc. Then, one day, without any warning, they blocked my account by saying ‘the activity was not allowed!’ Inspite of repeated requests to elaborate which ‘activity’ was not allowed.
