I have been trying for over a month to get the app to purchase a simple WiFi program for my vehicle and to consistently login, with no success. Not even the service center can help….and they tried! This is a first world problem in a world where so much is going on. But if a company is going to put forth the effort to provide an app and promise certain results, I would like to think they would provide something decent. The app is very unstable and cannot process basic functionality, like even editing user information. I was told customer service I may have to try at least 5 times to get it ch
