Can never get green server speeds anymore. The Mac app won’t keep a constant connection without dropping and then needing a restart to reconnect. What happened to live chat? Is that now permanently gone? Everything about this service was very good up until the end of January ‘19. Now, I am starting to research a new provider for when my subscription is up. I echo the review who says IKEv2 is needed - for Mac & iOS. I’ve set it up manually on MacOS following the online instructions but cannot get
