This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a food delivery app. Wolt charged my card the moment I placed an order, only to cancel it 15 minutes later saying they couldn’t deliver. The most frustrating part? They promised a refund right back to my card, yet here I am still waiting, with no money returned. Taking people’s money instantly but delaying refunds is unacceptable and feels like a scam. A delivery app should be reliable and trustworthy—Wolt is neither. If they can’t handle orders properly and can’t process refunds quickly, they shouldn’t be operating. Save yourself the headache
