Home Connect app, is THE most frustrating and time-consuming apps I have ever used. An app that is supposed to make managing smart appliances more convenient has instead become a constant TIME-SUCK. After nearly every update, the app icon changes, then mysteriously changes back later. More importantly, these updates cause all three of my connected appliances to lose their connection to the app. As for my fourth appliance, the refrigerator, I have never been able to get it connected regardless of the app. What makes this especially frustrating is that the issue is not user error.
