Now I remember why I deleted this app a couple of years ago; As soon as you start customizing an item, you can no longer add it to the bag! I thought “Hmmm? New menu, better app”. Nope! It’s still the same user unfriendly app. This is exactly why you are losing customers! I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max, I’m in no way tech illiterate, because I work for one of the biggest tech companies in the world, but I still cannot edit menu items in what is probably the most user unfriendly app I’ve ever come across. $20 at Taco Bell vs. $40 at my favorite “blink and you’ll miss it” Chinese restaurant?
