I do not like to give drivers negative feedback (unless they are complete jerks) and often times just won’t leave feedback if they weren’t great. This app will not let you not leave feedback. I tried exiting and reopening and it kept going back asking me to rate. I ended up leaving a 5 star rating for someone I wasn’t impressed with just so I could use it again. Driver wasn’t bad, but was a bit reckless (very common in the Caribbean). I don’t think he necessarily deserved a bad review, but also didn’t feel he earned a 5 star rating.
