I am a disabled veteran with special disabilities in need for care. Went to the VA Hospital for the first time to sit down with a primary care doctor & within five minutes of my appointment she informed me that she did not have time for me to put in all of my medication’s and set me up with referrals that I needed! I decided at that moment, that I would go to a civilian doctor and see if I could get better care there! I am glad I did because Dr. Welch made me feel welcomed, she was very respectful and courteous. Her bubbly personality brighten my day. And, she took the time To listen to my ne
