The amount of problems with this app are astounding. It doesn't record. It doesn't play back. Their tech support is sloooow and don't know how to fix anything. There are too many glitches for them to keep up with. When Retronyms upgraded to their newer version, they LOST two very important recordings I needed. Apparently, someone paying you by the minute for backup storage on recordings doesn't mean that it's a priority to actually store the recordings.
