I tried cancelling my subscription through Apple and deleted the app, as this is what’s outlined in the Help section FAQs. Somehow I still ended up getting charged the following week!!! I redownloaded the app and reached out to them directly and they quoted an ENTIRELY different cancellation process. I sent screenshots to show how that clearly differed from what they had posted on their site and requested a refund since I had made a good faith attempt to cancel but they refused the refund and just said sorry for the misunderstanding.
