More than once have I clicked “Use Tickets” and the ticket begins to load. It freezes at load screen and any attempt to restart, including pressing X or closing the app results in the tickets being used but not available for scan, effectively taking away my tickets and my money. I scan my family and myself in which results in multiple tickets lost from a flaw like this. With increased fare prices this type of mistake where i lose my tickets just to be required to purchase more is unacceptable and intolerable. There should be a record or refund system to address this problem and restore lost ti
