I quit ordering my groceries from Smiths because every time I try and order them I go through the process, and about half way through everything in my cart gets deleted… and I have to start all over again. I have tried everything to get this app to work properly again and nothing has worked. I’ve come home from picking up my groceries and multiple times thought I was crazy because I knew I had added something into my cart, and finally I realized that things were getting deleted before I even made it to checkout. Taking my online pickup orders elsewhere from now on.
