I have used this service for 3 years, always with good results. My CPA and I are both happy! The latest update has a problem, I login and it’s blank, no data. I go to the website and everything is there, no problem. So I tried to check the app settings and it’s also a blank screen. Great service but the new app has an issue. Update; Yes, I had an issue with the new app not working. I contacted the help desk and with in 24 hours they responded, acknowledging that the app had a problem and the working app had replaced it in the App Store.
