This review is not based on travel issues I’ve had. It’s based upon functionality not working in the app. 2 recent examples this weekend. My flight from Bozeman to Minneapolis was delayed due to mechanical so I missed my connection to NY. The app recommended a later flight but every time I tried to accept it, I got a “something went wrong, please try again” message. The woman beside me was getting the same issue since she also missed her connection. Her comment was, “this never works.” I literally was unable to select another flight despite my original connecting flight already depart
