I accidentally made an order to pay with cash. I cancelled it within 30 seconds but the store never responded. Tried to call and text the store to try to cancel the order. I texted the DD driver and called the DD driver to try and tell him not to pick it up. Still tried to deliver. was not able to contact a customer support agent or start messages with DD itself.

Zero support will charge you for pro and then still not support you. I have multiple double charges as well as unwanted charges will not refund you even if order what’s not completed. won’t even let me delete my account without talking to support but won’t give support to delete my account

They claim that you can view anywhere, but I have not been able to consistently log into my accounts because I travel for work. Even just to download things.
