Each member of the staff is polite, courteous, and helpful. Zero complaints about any of them! Floor and mens’s room is spotless. Nice lockers (clean, too). Bring your own padlock. Machines are very new and modern. Weight/resistance range is much higher than I will ever need! Lots of high-quality treadmills with matching big screen tvs. Free weights are plentiful. Plenty of mirrors if you’re in to that scene. Other guests are rather quiet and focused on their on their own workouts. No lunkheads hulking around that I’ve noticed. No loud grunting or slamming weight plates either. Ope
