I bought it 1/2 price, from a ‘ bargain table’ at the end of ‘Camp-meeting’. It was of a much better quality leather than I had ever had before, and I knew nothing about the word, Amplified! But I read what the authors had written and liked what they said ! I have worn it out, and sent it off to be re-bound. And it’s almost ready for a second re-binding! I only wish that I had written in it the date that I bought it, ‘cause I don’t know how old it is exactly ! I’m 89 now, and I take my ‘Amplified Bible with me always. I have bought many, as gifts for pastor’s and teachers, and friends !
