Just moved from single stage furnace and AC to a new Ruud heat pump. Because of that, had to move from my nest to the EcoNet to manage the heat pump better. It’s just such a downgrade. So slow to update the app. The thermostat will say 70 and the app will show 68. 10 minutes later the app will catch up. The app has such basic functions compared to the nest. Honestly questioning my decision to go with a heat pump now knowing I am going to have to use this software for the next 15 years.
