I rarely write a review but please avoid Marcus for your HYSA. I had been a “happy customer” for a year until the day I finally needed my funds and tried to wire them out. Marcus locked my entire account because they couldn’t do 3-way verification call. Customer service was completely useless and just kept repeating that my account is “under review” - they refused to provide any further details or ETA even though I needed my funds asap. Customers mean nothing to them - only their money does.
