I’m really tired of smart appliances that are not in the least. Nothing has changed about my wifi. In fact my router shows the dishwasher as connected. But I cannot connect from the app. The suggestion that I uninstall, switch my network to 2.4 only, factory reset the dishwasher and then completely reinstall the app, AFTER resetting my iPhone is just nuts and sloppy programming. I refuse to believe Germans programmed this piece of junk. Avoid the app, and the Bosch 500 dishwasher, unless you think this is a reasonable thing to do regularly.

I have clicked on the “find your tickets “ link 3 times. It says someone is logged in. I have logged out and tried again. It sends me login links. I try again. Still no tickets. I don’t see why anyone would use this. The brilliant “AI” help just sends me to the link again. I guess I will just tell the organizer when I show up the notification emails saying I have tickets, and tell them I wasted 30 minutes on this app and it didn’t work.
