The driver, despite having an app they can use to message, didn’t attempt to message at all. He just dropped off my shopping on a random floor of the building and then left. I got the notification that the food was delivered and checked downstairs and at my door and nothing. Tried to contact support and no one was answering me. A neighbour found the food and messaged me - however, support replied to me after more than an hour. None of that is in any way okay. I was exclusively using them because they had such good support.
