We have been using Jobber for years. We are a large construction company. We just took a large payment in Jobber and we recieved a message from their team informing us that they are withholding our funds until we provide additional red tape paperwork for them….. if you needed additional paperwork you should have asked us to fill it out when signing up for jobber payments. Now you are withholding time sensitive funds for some Ai script you wrote that doesn’t take our use case or history into account.

We have used HA on and off for a few years running. The Biggest Pain Points: -The leads are terribly expensive, -The rate of contacting the lead is about 50%, -The rate of closing the leads are about half that. Needless to say, out of every 10 leads we receive (which are usually $45 per lead only) we close 2-3 if we are lucky. Having to pay $450 to land 2-3 jobs takes away the majority of your profit margin if you are trying to have competitive pricing. We have had to increase our price for Home Advisor clients, but this leads to an alarmingly high rate of poor reviews. The gain of business is
