This app used to work great for my business, but for the past month or so, it’s been nonstop issues that never get fixed. I’ve missed important business texts, or my texts are very delayed or never go through. Notifications also never go away. There’s been at least two updates that supposedly were for bug fixes but they have fixed nothing. I’ve done all the recommended troubleshooting in the help guides and even mentioned it when I contacted support but all I got back was a generic message that just told me to do the troubleshooting… which I had said I’d done already.
