The only positive for me is the excellent sound from my Bose 20. I’d give the app and software a zero. I have an iMac and iPhone and have suffered with this miserable App and software going on 10 years for my Bose 10 and 20 speakers. I’ve never had issues with any other apps or software. Just with Bose. I deleted it off my iMac a couple years ago as you cannot connect nor control your speakers with it. Several help requests to Bose were fruitless.
