I don’t know what all of these other people are talking about as the app works reasonably well and I’ve used it several times flying Jetblue. There is a problem however. The last two times I have tried to scan my passport using the app to check in, it takes a picture and says uploaded and gives me a green check mark but it doesn’t stick. I end up having to show my passport at the airport. If I check in on the website however, it does work and scans and saves my passport just fine.
