I do therapy on here, the app is usually great for therapy appointments and I love the chat function because it’s so easy to contact my therapist, but I’ve been having an issue where I try to log in but it says my account is inactive, which is not true. When this happened I miss my therapy appointment and it charges my parent 50$ for the cancellation fee even though neither of us did anything wrong, then my parent has to go through customer service and reactivate the account and get her money back which is frustrating and tedious, overall the app is great though and I love how convenient every
