They took me off autopay when I moved. I had to cal to set up service because the app and website weren’t usable. The app crashed 3 times while I tried to set up autopay again. I had to enter my card info twice because it just froze up. The state should seize ComEd. Those crooks don’t deserve to keep their monopoly.
