Very disappointing. The app constantly crashes and it takes me 10+ attempts to transfer the pictures from my camera to my phone; even though I always do it at home where I am connected to fast internet. 4+ years ago, the app the Sony cameras connected with worked perfectly. Now with my 6400 camera and this newer app, it crashes and it is such a frustrating experience. Next time I buy a camera, I will be looking for other options unless Sony fixes all these issues.
