The lack of live customer service, and “security features” are very disappointing. My card is blocked and they required very invasive measures to verify my identity. I complied and my account is still locked! Also, when I had an issue and went to dispute they told me they notify merchants that I disputed something once. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
