Reconnect retailer issue
Purchased Prime Video movies stopped appearing in the app. In an attempt to fix that, I disconnected then reconnected Prime Video. Essentially “restarted” my connection. The previously purchased movie(s) then were available. But subsequent purchases are not showing up. The disconnect process warns of this issue, but that renders your app useless to me going forward.
If nothing I buy in the future is going to appear, what’s the point. Why is this the case, and are you working on a fix?
