NO customer service
We were at our last payment and we called TFS to find out the process. We were, routed to an automated service every time.. We then contacted our local Toyota dealer as well as the dealership we bought from. No one could advice on the payoff process. We then decided to go through the TFS app instead of our regular Bill Pay so that our payoff payment was received expeditiously and in hope that the lien be released as well as our title. After paying, we received 3 different emails on 3 different days informing us that our payment had been received, we were “all finished”, our account closed. W
