One of the most frustrating apps I've ever dealt with, and it is the only one my school uses so I am hostage. Took three weeks and multiple Customer Service interventions to log into my account for the first time. Every time I try to buy a ticket through the app or website it tells me I have to re-enter the same information over and over and over. Support is digital only with 24 hour turnaround minimum. Do not recommend.
