I hate that all the profiles are blurry when you use the free version, but I heard I lot of great things about this app so I thought I give it a shot. I did upgrade to the 3 month subscription to improve my chances. I took some nice pretty photos to upload as my picture. I was on the app for about a month and a half and DID NOT get a SINGLE like or even a view on my profile. It wasn't hidden. Even with no matches SOMEONE should have seen my profile whether it was a real person or a dang bot! It was the weirdest experience I've had with a dating app. Oh and customer service takes weeks to reply
