I think this is a terrific product. I am a history student who needed to record several outgoing calls as primary research for a paper on a fairly recent event. I recorded a good half-hour of material in my first call. While I did have one problem--it failed to download correctly to my iPhone--I had a very pleasant experience with their customer service reps and was able to download the file quickly after letting them know. Highly recommended.
