The app is intuitive enough, but Marcus (and the app) lack the robust security measures I’ve come to expect of large banks. There’s no option enable 2-step app verification (only Face ID login) or customize notifications about funds coming in/out of your account. For me, lacking these basic features leave me feeling uneasy about using Marcus as a primary HYSA. I wish this information was shared before I opened an account.
