let’s just say i ABSOLUTELY love this app but recently i haven’t been able to go into the app with ease. it shows the main screen and stays and then just closes out. i want to delete the app and just reinstall it but i don’t want to lose any of my books or my subscription. i’m not logged into a profile because i couldn’t purchase the subscription thru my account. ANY UPDATES IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU
