Remitly closed my account without providing any reasonable explanation as to why they did so. I had sent money from my account to my aunt so she could deposit it into my bank account, and Remitly simply shut down my account. When you call customer service, they offer no response regarding the reason behind it; even though I regularly send money and verify any information they request, they closed my account for what I consider to be absolutely no clear reason.
