I like that the Starbucks app is easy to use. If I’m being honest, it’s the easiest of the food reward program apps to use and it is consistent. What I don’t like is that they took away the ability to get bonus points for a bit…along with raising their prices…again. Bonus points have been slowly coming back but the items and amounts you have to purchase has changed so much that it’s almost impossible for me to achieve them unless I go every single day and buy items I genuinely don’t like just for the sake of a bonus.
