Buggy “new messaging experience” rollout the cherry on top of an utterly horrible downwards spiral, especially for free plans but even for Xtra users who get inundated with ads for Boost and upgrading to the next tier. I haven’t used another app that has such clear and deep contempt for its users. Unusable, frustrating experience in an app that barely works where it’s clear at every tap they’re desperate to manipulate you to squeeze you for every penny they can get at the expense of all usability. Every week they slash another free feature. Don’t be surprised if months from now the entire app
