The app itself is fine, as long as you’re ordering food for collection in store and don’t chose the delivery option, which I’ve done twice now before deleting the app for good after numerous issues. Unfortunately the delivery is done by Uber Eats, which is a terrible service anyway, but the fact that McDonalds only lets you use the guest option means that you don’t have a leg to stand on if anything goes wrong.
