This app has been so buggy since the beginning and the developers unfortunately fail to fix the bugs. I have been waiting for more than a year now - same crashing bugs I reported to them still present: - I keep losing audio memos which is incredibly frustrating. I lost so much work because of this app, I feel a fool for continuing to rely on this after the first instance when I recorded a long dictation on my Apple Watch and it simply disappeared. Tried all the troubleshooting steps - nothing works, it can’t connect no matter what. Some of the troubleshooting steps border on the absurd, e.g. “create an ad-hoc network”… Seriously? So I will have to work offline without internet… just to make the remote work…? This was a complete waste of money. It was supposed to help, but all it did was waste my time and money. Too bad Apple doesn’t allow refunds.

I expected a lot more from an established company like Synology… It plays 16:9 videos squeezed to 4:3 (distorted) and letterboxed for reasons only known to its clueless developers, and this can’t be changed making the entire app completely useless unless you enjoy movies that look like a bootlegged VHS tape played on a 1999’s TV. The entire app looks and works like a high school project that was tossed together in a weekend hackathon and then abandoned. The only "result" I could get was a "Service Error" every time I tried this sorry excuse for a "service". I tried from 2 different Macs + iPhone.
