I’ve been playing off and on since 2016. It was an enjoyable game for awhile as long as you never needed customer support. Like all games, the support is mostly automated, and if you do get to chat with a live person, it is always someone who does not speak the same language as myself, so there are communication breakdowns. On top of that, they never rectify the problems. The support is geared toward placating you with phrases like “Thank you for your feedback” and “We are working on the issue” but they NEVER do anything to make it right.
