I can’t say enough about, and sing their praises any stronger, regarding the Customer Service department of TodayTix. I recently purchased tickets through TodayTix for a Broadway show and unfortunately was unable to attend the show due to an unexpected emergency situation which occurred on the day of the production. The TodayTix customer service representative, without any hesitation, intervened and alleviated my great disappointment by offering a voucher to purchase tickets for another day. When I subsequently encountered a problem with redeeming the voucher, another customer service represen
