I had good experience with Turo until this past week (and my wedding week at that!!). Now I will be closing my account. A host charged me extra for parking the car on the wrong floor of the garage. I was trying to catch a flight - with strep throat so was not feeling well to begin with- and was charged an extra fee because of this. I looked and looked for instructions and messaged the host for AN HOUR before leaving the car and he never responded, so I left a detailed description of where I left it. Also, I never had a pet in the car but was charged a pet fee because of hair brought in from my
