I have used IMDB for literally a few decades, and in those many years I have had to sign in maybe a handful of times and genuinely, even when it was infrequent it was always a pain. Yet as of recent months mid 2025 both the app, and the browser which I use almost daily, is now literally weekly logging me out and forcing me to sign in and even now in 2025 the system for signing in is at the bottom of the barrel of one of the worst most problematic interfaces with constant connection issues.
