I really like my local Taco Bell, but the app is really bringing it down, especially since they started really pushing us to use it. It functions, most of the time, enough to be usable, as in, it submits the orders. However, it’s search feature for menu items does not bring up the items you are looking for unless you type the exact name of the product. For example, if I want a 5-layer burrito, typing 5 will yield no results. You have to type “beefy” to find it easily, which is ridiculous. The app also provides no way to cancel your order.
