My complaint is not with billing , however I strongly feel your pt care services are in desperate need of help. This is simply snd upper management & administration problem. I’ve worked healthcare all of my adult life (40 plus years), I don’t know if I have ever seen the shortage this facility has where direct pt care is concerned. My time spent in the ICU goes without complaint other than I noticed it appears at the time approximately 1/3 of this area was closed off and shut down due to not enough staff to do the jobs that are required.
