I have been playing this game for years and now it appears broken. It crashes and does not open unless I hit the puzzle button quickly. As I spell the words they do not show up in the bubble. I have tried to contact you through your website but there is no option for app support, just submissions of new game ideas. Please fix the app!!!!!

I love your game. However every so often, the game freezes in such a unique way. Which is very frustrating. The climbers will not move. Even if there is no tightness on the rope, the climber jumps back to the original location. It happens every 20 levels or so. I am amending this to add, I cannot get past level675. The game stops letting me move the climbers around the 1 minute mark. This extremely frustrating. I am lowering my star level from 4 to 2. I can no longer enjoy the game. Please fix this bug. The game when working correctly is really fun.
