I’m reviewing with 4 stars because some of the levels are not doing the hint that I would land on for my spin..it has happened in a couple of levels….the other issue is hitting get 25 credits to watch a video…that goes away

Fun game until I updated the game. I can no longer play the daily puzzle. Says I need to be level 30. I’m over 4000. I even played an additional 50 with no luck. Fix the game and make sure it works before releasing an update.

Last update (over a month ago) broke the game
Daily puzzle and other side modes are no longer able to be played at all. The game was also never updated to accommodate the newer style of iPhone screens (from quite a few years ago now), so info on the top of the screen gets cut off. Please revert the last update at the very least; it’s been over a month!

Overall I love this game and play it daily, or I used to. I still play it but not daily as the daily puzzle is no longer functioning/active. I keep getting a message that I have to complete 30 puzzles to activate it. I have completed over 700 puzzles so it should be working, and it was working, until about a month ago. Please fix it. Fun but asks for unnecessary permissions
Fun game but app developer is going overboard on creepiness. Why does it want to see devices on my local network? This is unnecessary for a game of this type. Also to play the daily you have to beat level 30, but if you’ve progressed to 300+ levels it can’t tell you did it after the latest update. Sad.

Keeps crashing after latest update - PLEASE FIX!
I have been okaying this game for at least 6-7 years. All the time, this game had never given me issues and now it crashes all the time - specifically when the pop up “watch this video for more points” is loading. I quickly have to hit “play game” or “daily puzzle” to avoid it crashing. The pain doesn’t end there - once I’m able to play after jumping those hoops, I can’t see the words I’m spelling when swiping to each letter. I have soooo much time and effort put into this game. I love playing it in the mornings, on the train, or before bed. It would be a very sad day if I have to delete this

What happened
I have been playing this word game for a long time. I loved it. I played everyday. Now I try to play but it just switches back off every time. Don’t know what happened but I am going to have to delete this game after all this time. For some correctable (I hope) reason, the letters are not showing up in the box above the letters. That makes it difficult to try difficult combinations. Since your last update the game crashes and closes out. I read the reviews and it seems other players are having the same issue. If I want to play I have to be quick and click in the daily challenge button before it closes the second time which is annoying because your building your words but can not see the preview of what your writing like you use too. I’m hoping you guys plan on fixing this! Before the update the game was good and I enjoyed playing, don’t care too much for the ads but they are manageable.

Stole my money
I purchase a diamond package that said it went through but never received the extra diamonds. I thought it was an error because even though it said you’re all set I didn’t see it on my bank account right away. So I tried it again and it did the same thing. Only to go check my account to see that it took the money out both times and I still didn’t receive the extra diamonds. Edit: Reduced rating to 1 star. The developer is no longer responsive, and has not been updating their games. I will be deleting and finding something different. Too many political ads
This game was one of my favorites to play until political ads started showing up. I was on level 2800 and was so annoyed by the political ads that I deleted the app. Although I had the free version, I played this game for almost a year with only ads offering other games. It was only in the last two months started seeing these political ads. I played the game to escape from all of the news and the last place I want to see it is in something I do for fun.

Often times you’ll start a new game and on the first word the game will tell you that “you’ve already found that word”. Yeah on a different game, not this one. Today I had to put a word in 5 times before the game would take it. Kept saying the word was too long when it wasn’t. It was obvious my word was the correct one.

False Advertisement
I feel that it is rude for false advertisement. In the ad I was seeing it showed that you have words at the bottom of the screen and the words would pop up somewhere in the picture and you had to find it. In the game you just slide to make words. I only wanted this game because of what it showed in the ad and now that I deleted it it’s stuck in my history.

I decided to download the app because the ad made it look fun. You have a picture and you have to find hidden words. Sounds fun right? Wrong!
