I received my tickets to see Shucked 12 hours prior to the show. Not only did I save the tickets on my phone I printed out the tickets as well. When we arrived at the theater the tickets could not be validated on my phone or hard copy. This was very embarrassing as well as stressful. Finally the box office investigated the issue and printed out two tickets which allowed us to see the show. When I got home after the show I found an email from TodayTix that was sent to me around 5pm with “other” tickets that replaced the original tickets.
